Dachser?

Need your help: Waiting for a shipment that's supposed to be delivered via DACHSER. The dealer says it was shipped on the 18th, but DACHSER says they haven't received anything yet.

I received a tracking number, but only see “no status available” at DACHSER.

Should I wait any longer?

Either the consignment number does not fit or it is missing somewhere a number etc.

When the pallet is picked up, the driver scans the and at the latest after 30 minutes you see this in the tracking of the shipment.

Or the goods have not yet been sent…

Nope. You’ve been waiting too long. Contact the consignor to submit a research order

I think there’s a mistake with the consignor. Because normally the status of the broadcast should change on the same day. Either at the pick-up or at the latest when the pallet has arrived in the warehouse. I don’t want to undermine the consignor. Inexplicably there is only one error underrun

For me, Dachser stands for lobby logistics, drivers are not allowed to be controlled.
