Cystitis in men?

I've just read about symptoms in other articles. But I don't have most of them. Have you been sleeping naked lately and maybe caught a cold?

For a few days, I had to pee every hour. But it's gotten better.

What's still annoying now is a residual urge to urinate. Even though I just peed several times and am now back in bed, I already feel like I have to pee at any moment. It gets a little better when I turn sideways. But on my back, it feels like my entire urethra is full all the way to the opening, and I can barely hold it in.

But I don't have any pain when peeing or anything.

I can't imagine having a sexually transmitted disease either, I'm monogamous.
