Cutting rabbit claws?
I've actually never had any problems trimming my rabbits' nails before, but my youngest is a little monster. He barely allows me to comb him; the first time I had his nails trimmed, he jumped in my mother's face; at the vet, he jumped over two veterinary assistants; and he cheated on me with treats and then "bit" me.
Does anyone have any tips on how I can cut the young man's (he's almost 1) claws without having to go to work with a scratched face?
Wrap into a towel and then one leg Careful get out. Alternatively, leave the veterinarian.
It’s even better, of course. Do they have a suitable ground? In the interior it is possible to design stone plates to cut the claws naturally.
Maybe try with brook blossom essences – here the “Rescue-Remedy” drops.
Grades in stress situations very helpful…
