Does anyone know how to create custom biomes in MC Forge 1.18? For some reason, there are no tutorials on YouTube, and vanilla Minecraft doesn't really help either.

I have found tutorial but for the 1.20. Maybe you can do something about it anyway. The version should not be very different from the 1.18.
For the 1.17, the YouTuber has also made a tutorial. However, the differences in the version are probably greater because the new world generation came out at 1.18.
