Custom bike manufacturer?

At the Wheels and Waves Festival 2019 in Biarritz, France, Honda celebrated 50 years of the four-cylinder in-line engine with the presentation of eleven CB 1000 R conversions from Spain, France, Italy and Switzerland.

The Honda CRF 1000 R was designed and built in Switzerland. Some declare it a unique piece, others claim it was built in small numbers in a very small series.
