Crypto.com problems + no help from chat support or email, what to do?
Hi guys, I have a problem with the crypto.com app.
From one day to the next, I was kicked out of my account, where I logged in every day, and when I tried to log in again with my data, an error message suddenly appeared in the app telling me to contact support, which I then did via email.
I must have sent 20 emails, confirmed my ID 5 times and given my number, and every time after 2-3 replies a new employee came along who was in charge of it and wanted to know everything again – every time the same thing happened and the same questions, and in the end a new employee came along.
I also tried the support chat. Every time, they said they had to check my data and told me to wait. The chat closed overnight. I started a new one, and it worked the same way again. I'm slowly losing my way with the app. I've been trying to get my wallet back for so long, but I'm not getting any help…
Does anyone of you have experience or can help me in any way?
Stay away from that shit, crypto is only for stupid people and criminals.
