crying when making decisions?
hi guys
For me it is often the case that I panic inside about almost every decision, e.g. my course of study, braces, job selection or when something goes wrong or I have strange pain in my tooth (because of incorrect treatment in the past) and other things
Well, I would actually be a crybaby if I didn't suppress this
In any case, I feel alone and would like to hug someone even though I don't like cuddling or anything like that
Is this the case for you too? And is it normal?
I don’t think it’s normal. But I can imagine that if you feel constantly overwhelmed. There is then any additional burden, even simple decisions, just too much.
Crying in not sad situations shows that you have sooo strong feelings in you that your body does not know where to cry with it is the easiest reaction of the body to be able to reduce pressure
