Croatian friend coming to Germany?

Hello. I'm writing to someone who lives in Croatia. I'd like to get to know him and have him come to Germany. I'm Croatian myself. But he's in a difficult situation; he has a loan. He doesn't speak German. How can he come and start living here? I still live with my parents. Is there any kind of support available for young people who come from EU countries?

Take a holiday in Croatia and get to know your internet. If it fits, he should pay off his credit and in the meantime prove German courses. Then you can extend your sensor to open places and then you can move to DE.

Please be aware that this person in DE has no right to any social benefits.

Jobless, without language skills and with empty bags in DE is not a good idea.

He can come here if he can talk himself financially.

No, of course, there is no help for people coming from the EU without money.

So: Learning German and looking for job would be useful.

Why would he even want that? He's got a loan there, probably for a house and for sure also a job. Why would someone like to give up this for an internet acquaintance from Germany who still lives with their parents? I don't understand.

He has to find a job, earn money and be able to live here independently

Then he can book and draw a ticket
