Maybe it’s because you’re still in development!

It is hard to have firm will when you know that supplies in refrigerators, drawers etc. to be found!!!!

If you live alone, I advised you not to buy anything sweet. That helps! The best way to talk to the mother or parents is to buy them less….

To consume sweets in small quantities, there is no reason to do without it completely. Hungers always show a lack of energy, with you seemingly easy to keep your body working, because sugar is a fast energy supplier.

Since there is only really devastating rich cuisine with us gives sweets, sours, salty, bitters and Umani almost daily over meals so I never had cravings on something.

hang a note to the cabinet with the calorie bombs with the following message:
