Crafts and muscle building?
I want to build muscle mass, but since I'm naturally a bit worn out after work, it's a shame to train afterward. And muscle soreness would be awful because I need energy the next day. So, I don't really have time to recover. On top of that, I have a fast metabolism. What can I do? At least to make small progress.
What craft do you do?
Just make sure you tune your movements to healthy muscle development.
And then the right diet.
But if you’re the longing type, forget about muscle building. Healthy, mobile, enduring and strong is worth more than a “inflated” body that can only keep its mass by working against its nature.
Experience has shown that the “invoice” for wrong handling of his body is only at the age.
Can come such a crap as premature joint wear, rheumatism through too much meat (purine-containing foods) etc., usf.
You can’t really enjoy your “Rente” anymore.
I’m painter and painter. Is therefore stamina and force (towing material is more force and then working more stamina)
Could train on weekends, or after work, but not so strong. So I did this during my teaching, and I had already built muscles very well by my work alone
Up and train.
Muscle cats are just a beginner.
And burn calories.
According to research, this can lead to muscle loss. So by daily work is nothing with regeneration
Hello,
is the muscle build-up during work,
not enough?
Hansi
Well, through work, it’s more stamina. I’m sure I’m building muscles like this, but it’s gonna take a long time. Welled to speed it up
