Cracking in your elbow?

Hello, for about a week now, I've been feeling a faint cracking sound in my elbow whenever I put any strain on it, such as doing push-ups or bench presses during strength training. It doesn't hurt, but I'm worried it'll get worse. This faint cracking sound persists even when I move my wrist firmly. Does anyone else experience this, and what should I do to make it stop?

A crack in the joint is basically nothing unusual. That is why, in my knowledge, gas bubbles form within the joint fluid. So if you do not stretch your elbow enough. In case of seriousness or pain, I would advise you to visit the doctor.

It's completely normal to crack the joints.

No, there is too little cartilage in wear and the bones rub on each other – that is, rather, no cracking, but an inner rubbing of the bones.
