Cracking in left elbow during bicep curls?
Hello. For several months now, I've been experiencing a cracking sensation in my left elbow when doing bicep curls with dumbbells.
I don't usually have this, only when I'm doing sports.
It cracks and feels disgusting/uncomfortable.
Does anyone know this or is it normal?
For months? I think your sporty ambition is a little too exaggerated. When it cracks and tweaks, mna stops training and drives to the doctor.
Lower arms are always needed in everyday life and they are building up rather badly. Better turn a gear back before you’re out of the race with a tennis arm.
But everyone comes to the point when it comes to power sports, which is no longer sufficient for the grip. You have to train more specifically. That’s best to talk to the trainer.
Otherwise, a bandage could just under the arm joint or gloves that stabilize the wrist evtl directly. This only helps you to drive down the load. You don’t get a visit to the doctor and a setup program for the forearm.
Take this seriously. Tennis arm paralyzes one of the self in everyday life and can take a very long time to heal completely. At the latest, you need stretching exercises and isolation exercises anyway
