CPU cooler 2024/2025?

I'm planning to build a new PC but I have no idea which cooler to choose. I got a list in the forum 2 years ago but I can't find it anymore. I was looking for CPU coolers for 20+

I want to get a Ryzen 7 7950x3d or a Ryzen 7 7800x3d. My question is which 20 to 30€ CPU cooler is worth it. I also want to OC it.

No one! You’ll have a haircut. (loud and hot) At OC, with high probability, even come to throttling.

Yes, I would definitely recommend. If you are looking for something relatively cheap that can compete with the Hig-End AIOs. Then I would this here recommend.
Do not take the cheaper models of Enermax. Then I’d rather have other AIOs. You should buy at least one 240 AIO. For 8€ extra, I would buy the 360 if you have room for it.

If you want good air cooling in all situations of life as well as pleasant volume, then invest 60€ in a Dark Rock 5 by BeQuiet.

At the processor it is better to invest in cooling. A fan that is also quiet is this:

The Thermalright peerless assasin 120se costs 37€ but below it will be nothing to cool these CPUs.
