When did you clean your PC the last time?

Sounds more like overheating.
Clean the PC (especially the fans) as well as renew the heat-conducting paste.
The problem might be solved.

It doesn’t have to be on the CPU. The kas can have many causes like old heat-conducting paste, broken resistance, graphics card, Windows… To help you, I have to sit in front of the PC, from a distance you can only guess…
