Theoretically you could (I'm just asking out of interest XD)
- create a band (on your own) and search for members and
- create a YouTube channel for the band?
- Create a Spotify profile for this?
- Release your own songs?

Of course you can. Writing and producing your own songs is hardly possible for a person without experience. You always have to make sure that you don't “cloud” any already existing songs, otherwise there are copyright problems
