Could this be from my dreams (sleep)?
My parents and my sister have often noticed and seen that I am often very restless in my sleep and move around a lot.
I've been having some really disturbing dreams lately.

This question is meant to stimulate thought. ^^
But I'm sure that I'm actually healthy, it's just that the leaves say something different?
Last Tuesday, my father forced me to empty his garage, which was filled with 30kg boxes, under threat of not paying my mother's child support. This gave me lumbago which won't go away now. Is it justified that I'm really angry at him?
Hello, I would like to participate in the Green Card Lottery DV-2026 and am currently in personal bankruptcy. This runs until July 2026. If I actually win the Green Card Lottery and am eligible to apply for one, could my ongoing personal bankruptcy be a problem? Thanks
It has nothing to do with it. As we dream, we don’t move. During the dream phases, our muscles are 100% relaxed, the movements take place in the deep sleep phases.
If the muscles are not relaxed during the dream phases, it comes to actions such as sleepwalking, sleep driving or sleep sex to name only the smaller evils.
But restless sleep and restless dreams still hang together. Both happen, for example, when you have concerns, stress, fears, depression, aggressions and generally problems.
