Could I have heart problems?

Hi, I'm 16 and have been experiencing frequent heart palpitations lately, which don't necessarily occur after physical exercise. I also wanted to mention that I recently started exercising. Could it simply be muscle tension?
The pain isn't so bad that it's unbearable, but it's a stabbing pain that you notice and that scares me.

In the picture, you can see where the pain is (alternating). It's not constant.

I admit that I suffer from hypochondria and hope for some reassurance 🙂

Hey, actually I have such thoracic nerves too very often and I can tell you, with my heart everything is great. With me, the pain comes through a chest spinal cord, that’s nothing bad. This is simply a strong tension in the breast body area, which can sometimes even cause symptoms such as a heart attack.

So be calmed, such pain can have many reasons and these are harmless in most cases. Wait for the appointment if the pain should get worse, of course you can go to the doctor at any time. But it will most likely, as you say, be just about muscle cats or tensions. :
