COPD?

My colleagues smoke (vape) a lot and last Monday (yesterday) I took 3 deep drags and then after 4 hours I suddenly felt sick and turned pale and it felt like my throat was constricting. At first I was shaky and weak but after 2 hours it went away and I slept really well today and in the morning I had a headache and didn't want to go to school until the afternoon and as soon as I wanted to leave my throat felt constricted again, after that I felt better again but about 5 hours ago my throat keeps constricting and sometimes I have a very slight pain in my chest and I had a stomach ache and I have a bit of mucus in my lungs but that could also be because my parents have a cold.

I'm half desperate and afraid that it's COPD?
