Hello dear community, I've taught myself how to make a cream sauce, but I'd also like to learn how to make a darker, richer sauce. Ideally, something that doesn't require a special roast or anything, but something you can quickly make with most things.
Because you're forced to make something tasty with the ingredients you have? I just had ketchup and lentils, and I discovered that if I mix the ketchup with water, soy sauce, honey, and a few spices, I get a tasty sauce. I would never have thought of adding ketchup to a stew before.

Hello, I'd like to make my diet more vegan in the near future, so I'd like to start by baking vegan muffins. The recipe calls for soy milk, but doesn't specify whether it's sweetened or unsweetened. Which soy milk would you recommend? Thanks in advance for your answers.
Add a dark sauce, maybe a little cream (or sour cream) (or mushrooms or fried onions or …). Then either eat it as is or add some meat/sausage and season it.
Stir a little milk, vanilla powder, and a little sweetener into the rice. This could then become vanilla-flavored rice pudding.
Fry in a pan and add either vegetables or meat or egg
Fried rice, Rumfort see what else you have vegetables ham scrambled eggs etc. fry everything together season and done
