Stay with your flatter shoes –
to the body/swirl/bone.

No. It is important to wear different types of shoes to avoid one-sided loads (barefoot, sneax, heel shoes, boots).

At Vans/Converse, the normal sole is too thin, so I prefer to wear platform/stack shape at Vans or Lift at Converse.
