I'm in the following situation: I had my hormonal IUD removed yesterday, unexpectedly. I've been experiencing severe mood swings, lack of desire, etc. Now I'm considering using a diaphragm for hormone-free contraception in the future. Does anyone have experience with this? What are the advantages and disadvantages?
