Continuous chewing gum – how is it harmful?
Hello,
I chew gum every day, from morning to night. It's sugar-free, but it contains sweeteners (xylitol and aspartame), and of course, flavorings, etc. Currently, I always chew Extra Virgin (bubble mint, professional white – the silver ones, or spearmint).
My question is, how is this harmful to the body? Stomach, teeth, etc.?
LG and thank you in advance
Chewing gum chews stimulate the salivary glands (eg under the tongue). They give saliva by constant chewing and it is anti-inflammatory for the mouth and throat.
But if you drink too little in the day, it doesn't make sense.
Chewing gum chews and drinking enough a day is perfect. LG
no matter how much chewing gum? the theoretically does not harm the teeth if you really chew gums throughout?
Apply even the pine muscle. You shouldn't forget to drink. because of the spawn that consumes a lot – finally also brain + the rest needs a lot of water – during the interview or gum out. Is it clear?
Through the constant chewing, your body thinks you eat something and grows. In addition, aspartame and acesulfarm are carcinogenic. So in the future, I would chew a little less than chewing gum.
The teeth don't hurt it. If you buy organic chewing gums without the extra stuff, it's okay. This strengthens your bone muscles
