Continue working even if you don't like it?
Hey, I'm 28, and I'm a trained chef and real estate agent. A year ago, I worked in the front desk of IT, and I actually changed jobs because the company was acquired, and I couldn't handle the changes.
So now I'm working for an even larger corporation, and for the past six months it's been nothing but chaos, with everyone working all over the place. And there's no structure. Since I also thought the back office was my responsibility, I thought I wouldn't like it. And now I'm thinking more about the restaurant industry because of the team spirit and camaraderie, which you don't get in large companies, and it's also an American company.
I'm already looking around and yes, I just don't want to drive to work every day and think to myself, no, I don't want that and so much stress etc.
How do you see it?
Partly, your causal catfish and spelling are difficult to understand.
But if you don’t enjoy it and you just torture yourself, I’d change the work. It doesn’t make any effort out of bed in the morning if you don’t want to.
If the gastro is more fun, I’d be looking for something there.
That’s how I did it back then. The work was a torment so I was looking for something new. It was fun working again.
Yeah, I’m sorry, it was written in the company. However, my situation is quite right, as I have only been working for the money over the last few years and not now because of the inflation and the cost, I feel more and more like a cut. At least the job should be fun because in love and unfortunately nothing else does
You don’t have to.
Just change company. I know gastronimie businesses, there is nothing with peace joy eggcake and vice versa in the IT industry….
We can’t know what professional field you’re gonna be happy with.
Yes, my family and acquaintances tell me I should soon decide how it looks in the future as I am 30 and still really long at a company except when I have completed my teachings and so. otherwise 1 – 2 years
You should always do a job you like to do. If you go to work every day with “black pain” it’s not good for you – and the company doesn’t bring anything!
Making a job every day you don’t like when you don’t feel comfortable is not ideal and can make some people even sick.
If you have alternatives, like you in your case, you should definitely consider them seriously.
Good luck!
Do what you got! you only live once, or you’re so good that you’re just looking for the joy in everything, so you don’t find that easy to get down 🙂 no matter which way it will be, start right away!
Yes I’ve only tried a lot for the last few years, and I just want a job job job job where I feel comfortable and where there isn’t always chaos and where I can stay in the future. But backoffice is not
