Connect Tint lamp to Alexa without a gateway?

I bought a lamp from Tint and would like to know if I can connect it to Alexa without a Zigbee gateway?

The lamp goes with zigbee? Then you need a gateway or an echo that has a tiny bridge in it. The echo dot has no one.
