“….no mouse pointer to see”

He should be there. Probably the WLAN can only be selected with the mouse. So I would first seek to achieve that the mouse becomes usable.

Is the mouse pad deactivated by one of the function keys (e.g. on F8)?

Do you have a USB mouse to hand that you could use as a test?

You have to click Connect on it and then reset the password.

Try the other W-Lan again (even if you don’t know the password), so that it puts something back in the background and then back again.

The best way to get to the router.

And what happens when you click on “connect”?

You may have to. only enter the router’s password (at the back).

In some laptops, w-lan can also be switched off….

  1. Update theWi-Fi-Your driverLaptops.
  2. Check theWi-Fi-Adapter in the device manager.
  3. Check the router settings and make sure the SSID is visible.

Looks like the setup assistant, you can’t do much on the system yet.

Furthermore, there is obviously also a functioning WLAN driver, the networks are displayed.

Drive down, router plugs thus pull powerless, wait 4 minutes, put routers back under power, move the top up!
