Connect Gmail to Aol?
Hi, I'm increasingly having the problem that I'm getting a lot of important emails on Gmail and my 15 GB, which are free, is getting closer and closer. Now the following question: is it possible if I forward my emails, i.e. from Gmail to Aol (so that I receive them), could I then also forward them from there in the name of my email?
Example
Before always
Maxmustermann@gmail.com
after that 15GB full which is why it is always forwarded to Aol.
to Maxmustermann@aol.de
Can I reply to the emails that I receive at …aol.de with the gmail ending or does it always have to be aol as the ending when replying to emails?
Sorry for the complicated writing, but I don't know how to describe it more simply.
thanks in advance
Of course, you can automatically forward emails. The function will offer Gmail safely.
This does not prevent your Gmail mailbox from running. The emails remain there, only one copy will be sent. Maybe you can have them deleted after passing on. I can’t say anything about that.
If you answer email in the AOL mailbox, the AOL sender address will of course be used. Maybe you can set a response address there to get answers from the recipients back to Gmail. But this also only works half if at all.
The only correct solution is to delete old and/or unimportant mails at Gmail.
