Connect FireTV Stick with USB adapter?

Hi, I recently mounted a projector on my ceiling and connected it to my Sony BDV-E2100 home theater system via HDMI. Now I'd like to connect my Fire TV Stick. However, the projector only has one HDMI slot, and I'd like to use the system's sound. Since the system has a USB slot, I came up with the idea of connecting the Fire TV Stick to the system using an HDMI-to-USB adapter. Would this make it possible to play the stick's content (eg, Netflix, Disney+) via the system on the projector? Thanks in advance for your answers.

USB does not have the bandwidth to transfer HDMI. The jack of the old Sony system anyway not. It's designed to play MP3s. So no, you need an HDMI input for the FireTV.

Connect Fire TV Stick to the system and guide the image via TV Out from the system to the projector.

Tone will also come across the plant.
