I printed the order information. Is this the ticket, or how and when do I get it?

Hello, my dears, I'm currently on a bus that says they charge a fee for luggage, skis, bicycles, etc. My question is, is this legal? I couldn't find anything about it online, unfortunately.
I read here in the forum that they are paid "terribly poorly" compared to other airlines. Can anyone provide some background information on this?
Do you think a helicopter sightseeing flight or a sightseeing flight with one of these small planes is worth it in Germany? I'd like to give it to someone as a gift, but it starts at around €200 per hour here.
Did you buy Condor directly? How did you pay – by bank transfer?
It’s Friday. For classic transfer, it takes at least until Monday until the money arrives at the recipient.
So it can take a few more days to get the ticket.

A little patience – the banks are slow, and do not work on weekends;-)
I guess the money should have arrived on Tuesday.
