concert with 15 until when?
If I go alone/with friends but without a guardian at 15, how long can I stay? If it's from 8 pm to 10 pm, is that okay?

There is no fundamental restriction for concerts, but also no basic permission. It essentially depends on the venue and there on the organizer.
So you have to call the organizer – the hall, the pub, whatever – and ask how it is regulated.
Is it worth going and hoping?
