Concert ticket instead of physical e-ticket?
Hello, I ordered concert tickets from Eventim, but I accidentally selected the "printable ticket" option. Now I'm stuck here, and I actually wanted to get the "real" ticket by mail. Is there anything I can do about it? Support seems to be overwhelmed, and I can't find a contact form.

I'm sorry. If they send you a real ticket again, you would have it almost 2 times and could sell one of them (eg with the e-ticket transfer) and cheat. As far as I know you don't even get a new ticket when you lose your own

already done long ago – I meant something else: At Eventim there are well-designed tickets you get by post. And now I have the ticket on paper…
If you want to give it away, you can also pack it beautifully with a fantastic envelope.
I know this is possibly a luxury problem, others are looking forward to getting cards for their favorite band.
