Computer freezes during startup and won't boot?

Hello,

I've had my computer for about a year now, and everything's been running smoothly. But suddenly, the PC freezes on a screen during boot-up (see attachment). I don't know what the problem is or what to do about it, and I'd appreciate some suggestions.

If I press the start button for a long time I get to a menu (see attachment) but I have already tried the suggestions and it didn't help.

Don’t worry, it sounds more complicated than it is! The BIOS is like the basic setting of your PC, and sometimes there is something and then the computer strikes.

We can easily reset this:

  1. Turn off PC
  2. turn on PC and hammer directly like wild the “Delete” button
  3. You will come in such a blue or black menu
  4. There you are looking for “Load Optimized Defaults” or “Reset to Default” or something like that (is a bit different on any PC)
  5. You choose this and confirm with “Yes”
  6. Then on “Save and Exit” or “Save Changes and Reset”

The PC then restarts and should run normally again!

Unfortunately, it didn’t work.

Have you tried to plug the hard drive completely and then connect it again?

Sometimes it helps to re-establish the connections to fix possible contact problems.

there are two ways I know to boot again.

1 away, I think the simplest. The mainboard has a small battery. if you take this out for 10 sec, the bios and all mainboard setting will be reset to standard.

2 bios flashed with the latest drivers you get on the mainboard hesteller page. there are many!
