I was having a problem with my PC's slow performance. So I deleted a few files. Somehow, I ended up in my computer's Task Manager. There, I noticed that my CPU was always running at an average of 90%. So, I closed the ones that were consuming too much power. Now, when I closed the Task Manager, all I got was a white screen. A completely white screen. But I can still see my mouse pointer. What can I do to get it back to normal?
