COMMERZBANK: How can I reach them online?
I have been trying to reach Commerzbank for days

There is always a computer that sends me back and forth, nobody ever answers
It is said that it is done via the banking app
I can log into my account, operate everything, but I cannot contact an employee
How can I reach them online? My prepaid card's phone account has been depleted several times over the many attempts.
What should I do? Do I really have to go to the branch?

Ja sieht wohl so aus ,das du wenn du mit jemanden sprechen willst,die Filiale aufsuchen musst.Ich finde immer das beste ist noch die Bank Vorort,da zahle ich gerne mal lieber mehr Gebühren.

Die Commerzbank ist eigentlich 24/7 erreichbar, wir haben da sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht….
