Coeo Inkasso / Klarna?Case number cannot be opened?
My girlfriend received a reminder by email from the debt collection agency saying there was still €500 outstanding. I haven't received anything in the mail. The address in the email was also incorrect, the old address. Somewhere it said something about Klarna. I called Klarna straight away and they said everything had been paid, nothing was outstanding and they hadn't passed anything on to a debt collection agency. So we called the debt collection agency, but they couldn't open the file number that was in the email. Somewhere in the email it says Klarna Duglas. The lady from the debt collection agency said I should write an email with the file number and they would get in touch with someone who could open this file number. I received an email saying that payments would be paused until the matter was resolved. There was no response, so I called again, they said to write another email, and again there was no response, then I called again and was told to write another email. Again no response, today I received another reminder with the correct address and €50 more. I called again immediately, was disconnected several times while transferring the call, and all my colleagues were unable to open the file number again.
I've read several times now that several people are affected.
What can I do? Because I don't want to pay for something that's already paid off and there's nothing outstanding. It's probably from 2020, five years later. As I said, everything's paid, Klarna confirmed it to me, too.
I am grateful for any helpful tips.

This is only spam, otherwise go to a consumer protection agency or to the police and report against this debt collection company.
I’ve already read that a consumer center has already taken place against the company, but I can’t reach anyone there. Police?

I guess you can ignore that. If someone really wants something from you then it comes by mail and not as mail or SMS.
The mail came today, but there’s something from Dublin, so there’s nothing that comes from. So I called again with file number, but no one can help me again.

Maybe first contact the consumer center or the police.

Then I would turn to the consumer center and make the debt collection check. They have to say exactly what they want to do. Otherwise, together with the consumer center, I would consider refusing the promotion.
They can’t issue an invoice to me, it’s just the alleged creditor in it, the open demand and the tolls
If Klarna sold the claim, she will of course no longer have a claim against you.
Actually, you should let the creditor give you information about what kind of demand it is that you should at least be able to name the invoice number and the invoice date or the like.

If Klarna has nothing on it then the spam – and even if not it should be yearned after so many years and if it is not your fault “Douglas” is also written wrong ..
