Co-founder for an innovative app?

About half a year ago, I was sitting in bed, feeling depressed, and asking myself, " What the hell is the meaning of my life ?"

I felt like I had to make good use of the time I spent on Earth and had the urge to try to make the world a better place.

What ?

What needs to be done to make the world a better place? What can I, as an individual, actually improve?

Volunteering? Good idea. But I already do that.

I need to achieve more. I need to inspire more people to do good things on their own. Not just for society and the environment, BUT also for themselves.

An app?!… That's it!…

An app that encourages people to complete challenges within 48 hours that aim to do just that: improve the environment, society, and their own well-being.

How do you create such an app?

Honestly? – I had absolutely no idea.

A few videos and blogs later, I knew I needed to write down all the ideas swirling around in my head. With these ideas in hand, I could then work on what's known as a "wireframing"—a sketch of the app's design.

From this I was able to create a design (partly still provisional) + logo that I am very happy with.

Color psychology and user-friendliness played a major role.

I created a clickable prototype of the design so you can get a feel for how the app should look and function. You can't fill out or write anything in this prototype. You can only see what happens when you press a button.

So. Sorry for the long text. Now I'll get to the point :

– Of course, an app also needs to be programmed. Problem : I can't program AND I don't know anyone who can…

So I need a co-founder who will build the app with me (50%/50%).

Where can I find a co-founder who can program?

Hi, I find your idea cool and don’t understand the negative mood here! I think it would be best if you might ask on different forums or look for programmers in universities. You might also find fiver or even newspapers (if there is anything else). I think there’s probably someone who can help you. I’m starting to study computer science this year if you can wait one more – two years, otherwise I’m here 😉

Ideas are worthless. What matters is the implementation

For an entrepreneur yes, but you will still find students etc. who have Bock on it!

For this, you will find at least technical information on pages such as founder scene or German start-ups, otherwise at start-up fairs.

“I would hate myself for so much text”

Especially for content. Great, an app… especially one that doesn’t exist…

Well. Go to the founding scene, see if there are colleges or colleges close to you with techies, there are often Nerds who want to make something.
