Cloud or hard drive?

Hey everyone,

I have a question: I'm thinking about how I can make my workflow more efficient when it comes to video editing.

I'm recording on a Windows PC and will be editing on my Mac. Do you think it makes more sense to manage the files via a cloud or the classic way, via an external SSD.

How does it make more sense in terms of price and speed?

I have very fast internet, so I think that can be put aside as a point.

I look forward to your answers and views!

Hard drive because you can access it on bad or no internet

So I would just cut on the same device as I would take, but otherwise I would find a cloud more pleasant.

A hard drive should be put around again and again, that would be too exhausting to me on time…

If your upload is good, the speed is not the problem.

The SSD will be much faster. It can be 10gbit/s, your Internet maybe 100mbit/s in upload. Best regards
