Clone M.2 SSD across PCs?

Hi, I'll soon have all the parts for my new system, and then I just need to install the hard drives I already have at home. They're two 2TB Samsung 980 Pros.

One is still in the box, the other is next to a WD Blue SN570 (which has Windows on it) in my current PC.

The 980 Pro I'm already using stores clips and screen recordings as well as most of the big games, while the WD Blue stores Windows, a few old clips, and a few smaller games like Minecraft Java.

Now I'm faced with the task of getting all this data onto the new PC, since a friend is getting my old PC.

Now my question: If I install the unused 980 Pro into the new system, can I transfer the data from the already used 980 Pro from the old PC to the new one? Then format the "old" 980 Pro and insert it into the new PC, as well as move the remaining data on the WD Blue (except for Windows) so I can then reinstall Windows for my friend?

For those who now come with cloud, or that I should re-download games:

I have a 16 Mbit (down) 1 Mbit (up) village line, I'm not going to download almost 1.5 terabytes of games, let alone upload them, I'll be working on that for the next month, and other people in the house also want to have access to the internet.

If there are any programs or ways, I would be happy to know about them, because otherwise I'm really stuck 😀

Thanks in advance💪

Yes, you can just clone the old plate on the new one.
