Hi,

Unfortunately, there's not much we can do since you sent the voucher first. Did you buy the voucher from a store? If so, do you still have the receipt? You can contact Amazon Support, and they can have the money transferred to your Amazon account. If it was online, there are also online "receipts" (invoice details).
