Hello, I applied to a recruitment agency where the description stated 2000 gross minimum salary…. Willing to overpay
I completed the technical college at the htl, worked part-time for 2 years at Billa and for 6 months at the Samariterbund.
The position is a call center job.
It's in my employment contract.
VG 2 – Employees qualified assistants
Employment group years 1
Gross salary EUR 1,930.00/month
Firstly, that's less than the job description says, and secondly, I have a higher technical degree and some professional experience.
I'm not very familiar with this. Shouldn't the employer take this into account?
How should I respond to my salary being adjusted? Thanks in advance.
