Chronic cough at 20 without smoking?

Hello, I'm 20 years old, male, and have had a cough for about 7 months. It started in May with a bad, tickly cough. After that, it was always a cough after getting up, sometimes dry, sometimes with phlegm. It happened every day no matter what I tried. I went to the ENT doctor twice. The first time they diagnosed laryngitis, but medication and two weeks of rest didn't help. The second time they suspected the mucus was running from my nose into my throat. The spray I was given didn't change anything. I'm very athletic, went to sports school for seven years, played soccer three to four times a week, and have never smoked, whether cigarettes, shisha, or vapes. It's just eating me up not knowing what it is. If anyone has had a similar experience, perhaps even my age, I would be grateful for advice and tips. I'm having a CT scan soon, and I hope it will show something.

thanks in advance for feedback

stay healthy 🙂

Did you ever have corona or infect disease where you didn’t make a coronate? A well-known one of me has that since her coronary disease in spring too. Otherwise, you might also be able to see senusitis like this in the CT.

Condition does not necessarily have to be restricted. Otherwise, the stomach can also be behind it
