Can you use a chopper on the street again without a key or papers?

Hello dear community,

A few years ago, I was given an old 125cc Kymco chopper. Unfortunately, the person who gave me this beautiful vehicle no longer had any of the accessories needed to operate the motorcycle, meaning I don't have a key or any paperwork.

Now my question:

Is there any way to get new paperwork or a new key? Maybe through the manufacturer or something?

It would be a great wish that would come true.
