I went to a party yesterday and drank a lot, but otherwise I felt fine. Then I went home to bed and fell asleep on my back. I vaguely remember that I vomited a lot, but I stayed in that position because I was too tired. Today I woke up and everything was dirty. Then I remembered and now I'm wondering if the situation could have been dangerous in any way, like choking on the vomit, because I wasn't lying on my side?
