Chiropractor for neck/back tension?

Hello, I've had severe neck and back pain due to tension for 1.5 years. So far, I've tried physical therapy, exercise, heat, osteopathy, and painkillers, but nothing has helped. My nerves are completely frayed, and it's taking a toll on my psyche. Next, I wanted to try chiropractic treatment. Does anyone have experience with this and can tell me more?
thanks in advance

Chirotherapy is mainly for the neck; mostly there are doctors with a training that offer it. Proper chiropractice is especially good with clamped nerves and is then worthwhile. It can be useful for a couple of times. Otherwise, Dorn – Breuss helps very well.

No, I haven’t had any experiences with chiropractors yet.

Look that you’re not sitting in front of your PC during the day.

Back training. Huller Hoop

Put the back on a duoball and then put the neck on a necklace.

Sleep at night on a pillow with mulde.

Be careful! These are usually not medical professionals. Sometimes these treatments are a “crosscut” and you are paralyzed for life.
