China Roller Fährt trotz 25er CDI Drossel zu schnell?
Hi habe einen China Roller Bj 2009 baugleich mit dem Rex RS 450. Der Vorbesitzer hatte ihn erdrosselt und ich wollte Ihn wieder auf 25 km/h drosseln. Indem ich mir eine 25er CDI besorgt habe. Ab 25 fängt er dann auch so zu “knattern” so wie bei der elektrischen Drossel üblich. Für einen kurzen Moment hält er auch die 25 doch dann wird er schneller auf bis auf etwa 45.
Ich dachte das eine Drehzahlbegrenzer Drossel ausreicht. Frage: Muss zur elektrischen Drossel zwangsläufig eine mechanische Drossel eingebaut werden?
Oder kann es daran liegen, das noch ein Sportauspuff verbaut ist und so die Drehzahl trotzdem hochgeht wegen geringerem Auslass Widerstand?
Denn ich hatte noch einen Rs 460, der in dem man den Stecker an der Cdi zog von 25 auf knapp 60 beschleunigt. Das wäre ja nicht möglich, wenn da noch nen Drosselring drin gewesen wäre oder?

The Chinese manufacturers always want to save money, a reasonable throttle rate with ABE costs a lot and still needs to be removed from the TÜV. The CDI was probably part of a choke set that should work with a varioring. Tempo 60 with throttle ring= motor damage.
The CDI has never been throttled. Gas stop and throttle ring were at the BJ gang and Gebe.
The sensor on the coupling to the cdi is not sufficient. Thought it’d be the easiest of throttling.
In the meantime, there is no way to escape, so it looks. From the next year it becomes even more blatant: E5 stands on – everything is just injection systems with engine control unit.
