Child has anemia despite perfect values?

Good morning,

My aunt's little daughter (7-10 years old) apparently had no appetite for a while and her face was pale.

They went to the doctor, had blood drawn, and the doctor apparently said, "Her values are all great, but she still has anemia, which needs to be investigated further. It could perhaps be caused by her lungs, but of course, we can't say for sure right now."

Now we're here, and we're obviously very worried. We're having it investigated further, but my question is, has anyone experienced something like this before and can share their experience? Is it likely something dangerous and incurable, or is it more likely to be harmless?

I know you can't say it like that now, but I've never experienced anything like this before and would just like to hear what someone here has to say

Do not necessarily have to become a drama, – had a pretty lack of red blood cells, – then I got blutransfusions in the hospital!

Blood is formed in the bone marrow under the influence of hormones. There will probably be several investigations.

There are dozens of possible reasons for a lack of iron, and many of them are absolutely harmless or easy to treat. And iron deficiency is really common. Relax.

Then you better express yourself. Among other things, we explain what has actually happened in their investigation. Because if all values are normal, I wonder how the doctor diagnosed anemia.

This is a question that the doctor will answer and we cannot answer here as a mason master, carpenter apprentice, building aid or chef.
