Zahlen alle Chemie Konzerne den Chemikanten gleich viel? Habe gehört dass man einen Tarifvertrag bekommt d.h eigentlich müsste ich egal bei welchem Firma ich am Ende eingestellt bin gleich viel verdienen wie als Chemikant in anderen Firmen oder ?
