Zahlen alle Chemie Konzerne den Chemikanten gleich viel? Habe gehört dass man einen Tarifvertrag bekommt d.h eigentlich müsste ich egal bei welchem Firma ich am Ende eingestellt bin gleich viel verdienen wie als Chemikant in anderen Firmen oder ?

Ist es realistisch als Deutscher in der Schweiz als Softwareentwickler in Teilzeit (ca 30h/Woche) zu arbeiten? Man hört ja immer in der Schweiz wird mehr Leistung von den Arbeitnehmern gefordet als in Deutschland. Ich gebe zu ich bin kein Workaholic.
Muss man hier wenn man ein Einzelunternehmen gründen überhaupt bei 1 und 2 etwas angeben? Danke schonmal
Früher hat man immer gesagt das Zeitarbeit eine gute Möglichkeit ist für Firmen etc Auftragsspitzen abzubauen + auch eine gute Chance für Arbeitnehmer schnel und kurzfristig viel erfahrung zu sammeln auch in Bereichen wo man noch nicht gearbeitet hat oder nur sehr wenig Erfahrung hat Beispiel im Lager und 7 Monate später in der Produktion….
