How to remove chemicals from clothing from China?
While on holiday outside the EU, I once bought three cheap items of clothing (black with prints) for fun. I've just read online that they could contain a huge amount of chemicals and toxins. Even toxins that aren't permitted in the EU. I was wondering if you can get all these toxins out by washing or using other methods? Without leaving anything really harmful or harmful behind? I didn't want to throw them away. Or is there any way to find out if there's anything toxic in them that's prohibited by the EU?
Of course, you can add the washing or your laundry to the drum.
If you have sensitive skin, or allergies, you will notice how toxic the stuff is.
Otherwise, perhaps consider selling the items to wear, depending on what kind of impression you have from the shop/manufacturer, this will already be intended for use.
Okay, thanks. I am more concerned about whether the substances that could be added (because no eu put) are really dangerous to us and whether these substances also go out of clothes with laundry. If one knows exactly how to use chemistry or toxins from clothes. Thus, substances such as nonylphenol, octylphenol, ethoxylates
Is also in any clothes the case you bought here, throw into the washing machine, will probably fall apart soon, tipp buy some more expensive 100% cotton clothing.
then just wear it. You’re definitely not gonna die from it, and since it’s the only time you do that, you’re three pieces in your closet Peanuts.
I like to buy second hand stuff, I don’t have the problem…
Or buy German stuff, there are still Z.B. Trigema….
