Moin,

the oxidation stage (oxidation number) of a particle (ion) agrees with its charge.

So if you have a four-fold positively charged manganese cation (Mn)4+), then its oxidation number is +IV (+4).

In a double negatively charged oxide anion (O2) its oxidation number is accordingly —II (–2).

I’m sure you’ll get the rest, right?

Manganese 4+, oxygen 2-, iron 3+

I thought I had to take into account the 2

The 2 says it’s 2 Fe atoms. In the oxidation numbers, however, you consider the individual atom.

It’s like when you say “a couple consists of 2 people. How many hands does a man have?”
