You can calculate it with the molar mass M (PSE) and N=m/M (scoff quantity is the mass through the molar mass). Then you do c=n/V (concentration is quantity of substance by volume)

Then you can calculate the poh value with ph=-log c. You get the pH value when you make 14 – the value.

pH = 14-pOH

40 g molar mass NaOH

2.5 g/40 g = 0.0625 mol

c= n/V 0.0625 / 0.01l = 0.625 mol / l

-log c (OH)=0.2 / to pH value 14-0.2=13.8 as pH value

Right?
