My boss is intimidating me? Which job should I take?

Hey everyone,

I'm currently facing a career decision. I've applied to two departments within the same company where I previously worked. The work isn't much different, but the team and especially the managers are very different.

I was there for an interview and spoke directly with the boss. I've noticed over the past few months that he's often sought eye contact with me. Whether in the office or at a party, dancing right next to me. He's very good-looking and extremely successful for a relatively young age.

This position was actually my favorite, but now I'm not sure if I can work with him. I feel like he always expects perfect performance.

In the other department everything is very relaxed and has less structure, but a super relaxed older boss.

Under these circumstances, could you start dating someone who intimidates and attracts you so much? Or would that be a no-go?
